Become A Sponsor of the Reno-Tahoe Blues Fest Now in its 4th year, the Reno-Tahoe Blues Fest continues to attract thousands of people annually for a stellar two-day celebration of the blues.  As a non-profit organization, the festival was created to bring world-class blues to the Reno-Tahoe region and to celebrate the history, culture and spirit of the blues while also supporting local students and educators through annual donations. Each year the festival has funded the Washoe County School District’s music and sports programs through the donations.  In both 2007 and 2008 donations of $8,000 were made funding scholarships, purchases for school music equipment and various jazz band programs. In 2007 more than 11,500 attendees crossed through the festival gates to enjoy music kicking off at 12 p.m. each day and performances that continue into the night, complemented by delicious food and beverages and shopping from various merchandise vendors.
