Will there be shade available?
A. No. Bartley Ranch has a beautiful outdoor amphitheater and we have kept this in mind when scheduling the performances. This year’s festival will start each day at 6:30 pm. There will be no need for shade.
Q: Will there be tickets available at the gate?
A: Lawn Seating Tickets may be available at the gate. However, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through Ticketmaster. Seating at Bartley Ranch IS LIMITED and will sell out.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No, smoking is not allowed within the amphitheater.
Q: Is there disabled parking?
A: Yes. If you have a valid Disabled Placard, you will be able to park within the designated disabled parking area.
Q: Will there be alcoholic beverages for sale?
A: Yes, there will be beer and wine for sale and specialty mixed-punch cocktails. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Q: Can I bring my ice chest or food in?
A: No ice chests will be allowed at the event. However, our vendors will offer excellent food choices. No outside food, alcohol or glass is permitted. Small cooler bag will be permitted for medication only!
Q: Will food be offered?
A: Yes, food and beverages will be offered through our vendors on-site..
Q: Can I bring in my dog?
A: No, pets are not allowed within the venue. Only assistance animals are allowed.
Q: Can I bring a lawn chair?
A: Low back chairs only for lawn seating. Or you can bring a blanket to sit on the grass.
Q: Are there in and out privileges?
A: Yes, with your ticket stub.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. Yes. Parking will be at the venue.
Q: Can we bring shade umbrellas?
A: No, they tend to obstruct the views of others guests. Canopies are also prohibited.
Q: How are proceeds from the Fest used?
A: The Fest is a non-profit organization and we are providing a portion of our proceeds to support music education for youth. The Board of Directors for the Reno-Tahoe Blues Fest is committed to supporting music and educational programs that serve the needs of the youth of the Reno area.
On an annual basis, the Board will pledge a portion of the revenues generated from the event to benefit music programs and students within the Washoe County School District to fund:
Scholarships to support graduating seniors who will continue to study music at the University of Nevada, Reno Jazz Band programs at the High School level within the Washoe County School District; and/or: Funding to purchase new equipment for elementary schools in older neighborhoods that are currently operating with aging or worn equipment.
